How do I import my existing client list?
You can import your client data using our CSV import feature. Download the template from the Clients page, fill it with your data, and upload it. We support importing client names, addresses, phone numbers, and service history.
Can I create recurring routes?
Yes! When creating a route, you can set it to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or with a custom schedule. The system will automatically generate jobs for each recurring date.
How do I track job progress?
Use the Jobs page to track individual job progress. Each job has its own timer - start it when you begin work and complete it when finished. You can also add notes and photos to each job.
Can I assign multiple teams to different routes?
Absolutely! Create teams in the Teams page, then assign them to routes when creating or editing routes. Each route can have one team assigned to it.
How do I optimize my routes?
Use the Route Optimizer feature when creating routes. It will automatically arrange your stops in the most efficient order based on distance, time, or fuel cost.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your client list, route data, and job history as CSV files. Look for the export buttons on each page.
